I was very impressed with this market for various reasons. The steak was the best I have had since I was in Japan in the Kobe region. Seriously incredible mouth watering delicious! Also there is a lot of great snack options healthy brands & yummy ice cream! Great stop when traveling in for a weekend away.

We filled out a cut sheet on how we wanted it cut, whether we wanted hams and bacon and ground Pork or sausage. I live the sausage but my hubby and brother in law no so much but I think you have choices in spices. Sure worth asking. The bacon is a little sweet but lovely...it of course went first! My family has been using Probst Home Meats since I was 8 so we were thrilled they were still there when it came my turn to have livestock. Very helpful, professional and fair prices. Yes they cut and wrap and provide frozen at pickup but if your wanting something different, just ask.
