We had to have our old German Shepherd put to sleep. My husband and I were able to be with him till his last breath. We stayed with him on our SUV that he just loved riding in. It was the saddest day ever but Dr.Edward was so kind. He never rushed us and we felt grateful for that.

Worst service every. Rather than help my dogs with their problems, he tried to get me to buy his flea meds, grooming services, dental surgery...anything he could. Felt like a "used car salesman" just trying to get any possible sales. it felt sleezy.

I took My Yellow Lab Sasha in for Our first visit for a well pet check up, a few weeks ago few weeks ago. Less than a week later they literally saved Sasha's life when She ate some salmon at the river and developed salmon poisoning...😒💔😭 Salmon poisoning is quite serious, She was Very Sick...💔💔💔🐶🐾 The Kind, Compassionate staff at Haigh evaluated Her, and treated Her with anti nausea and antibiotic meds, they also sent us home with some canned dog food and some probiotic powder also. She was deathly ill for a couple of days, then not Her usual perky self for a few more days. She seems to have recovered completely now...🐾🐶🌈🎉💥❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ We moved to this area in the spring, and could Not Be Happier with the care Sasha has received here. A Huge Thank You to Haigh's pleasant and professional Staff.🐾🐶❤❤❤

I have been squeezed in without an appointment at times. I think they will accommodate you if possible but like any buisness like to stay on a schedule.
Sorry you're upset, but your statement came to me as a question and could I help? I do not work at Haigh although I do bring my pets there. You would be best to contact Haigh Vets directly.
I use Chewy and a special compound medication that has to come from Olympia. Not sure on Amazon; call and ask them. Haigh has been great with giving us the prescription for Chewy and will call in our compound medication. All they ask is that you stay up date with visits every year and the pet must be seen within 6 months of requesting medication. Never had an issue; great group of caring people! They were on the ball and sent records to our new vet when we moved states.
I would not go another place for my animals. Everything is explained regarding my animals care. Always follow through with a call regarding how the pet is doing. Excellent. Reccomend them highly. Vicki Patterson
