Front desk staff are helpful, professional, and efficient. Otherwise this would be 1 star. Medical staff = 1 star experience. Very rushed, not personalized or custom in any way, and firm about “one concern per visit” so for example if you need a medication refill and lab work, you’ll have to come back. The clinic was very slow during my visit, just one other person waiting after me. And only one was in front, being seen, but I still waited 30 minutes. The wait was fine but not for a rushed cookie cutter health care experience, just not worth the hassle. Online healthcare is more thorough, personalized, and will address more than one concern, so why would a brick and mortar health care experience be so limited? This clinic basically just wants you to see primary care and first appointment is 2+ months out, and yet they won’t be helpful in the meantime for the “walk in clinic” that is more like a super rushed urgent care experience. Anyway I don’t be back here unless last resort.

I'm new to the area. Was having heart problems. Sweating profusely Was tteated quickly. Taken through all kinds of blood exams. Everyone was professional. Had to stay longer than I wanted.But they got my blood pressure down to where they were ok with me being released.g

I went into the clinic for a minor injury. I was told there were 2 people ahead of me so it should not be long. There is no queue to see where you stand while you wait. After waiting 50 minutes I was still not called so I went back to the desk to find out how much longer. I was told there were 2 people in front of me so it should not be long. I left and went to a different walk in where I was seen in 15 minutes.

Having been a patient in Shelton for 40 years, this new place is obviously all upgraded and also cold and sterile and reminds me of a morgue. The people there are great but I don’t know what to say about the environment. To each his own.

The medication drop box is located inside the hospital in the administrative hallway. A front desk receptionist should be able to help you out or find someone who can.
