I live in East Vancouver. Our Neighbor has German Shepherds. Sometimes they let them run freely. Several of the neighbors do not have dogs. Dogs do their business on our yards. They do not have a fenced yard. What can we do ?

Call animal control to capture the dogs. WA state has leash laws and if those dogs are running loose or messing on your front yard, take a picture of the dog and report them. If you see them on your property, hose them with a garden hose or soak pieces if towels in vinegar and put them on your lawn, they are an effective deterrent.

Have you tried talking to your neighbors about it? If you have or if they're not available to talk, I would follow Tom's advice. Its sad when people are bad pet owners, but do what you gotta do.
