I took my dog there who was even a service dog, and the staff and Mall security totally harassed me about the dog and I left in tears.
I'm unsure if there's a specific policy, but I've seen countless aninals including dogs, cats, birds, and ferrets being held. I've never seen anybody talked to or asked to leave to due to a pet(being held)
I've seen dogs in the mall before. I don't know if mall security has an issue with it or not but I feel as long as your dog is well behaved then it shouldn't be too much of an issue. You could always call the help desk and get a better answer
