I got a fish taco but the tortilla was hard and crusty. We ordered the Nachos and it came with salsa even though we ordered no salsa. The salsa bar was great and customer service at the counter was great.

This Taco Time is always understaffed and extremely slow. It's hard to understand the person taking your drive through order. They also didn't get everything on our order correct. The employees either don't care about working or are overworked. It's hard to tell. Waited almost 30ins for 3 cars in the drive through.

One of the very last in Utah county. All closing so fast. Is it the lack of quality service? I've noticed small things just going south. The homemade ranch used to be so good. It's lumpy now. Not mixing it enough? I don't know. It's getting sloppy. Maybe the time for tacos is ending. Sad. The food quality is better than Taco Bell. Or if was. Inconsistent food items. They make the beef soft tacos smaller on Tuesday for the Tuesday deal of 2 for 4 and change.

My boyfriend and I love going here. The food is always great and the customer service is amazing. We’ve only had an issue with them forgetting something once (just a side of ranch lol!!) and they were so kind about it and helped us out with everything we needed. We understand they are short staffed and that can be stressful, but the employees never seem to be stressed and they are always cheerful and extremely nice and helpful!!! One of the main reasons we love this location!!! (Orem)
