Interesting experience. Food was good. Service was a challenge. I somehow placed my app order for tomorrow instead of today. I tried to call the store and waited on hold with no answer for 20 minutes. I drove to the store. The manager was able to change my order. He asked if I still wanted 6:00. I asked if he could get it any sooner since I was here. He said it would still be about 6:00.... Why did he ask? I also mentioned I'd tried to call for 20 min. He looked at me like I was dumb and said, "We're busy." Obviously didn't care. Pretty frustrating that I had to drive to the store to do something that took him 30 seconds because he couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone. Fast forward to 6:03. App tells me order is ready for pickup. I show up and first manager is not there, new manager is running the show and seems mostly on top of it. I had to wait a few minutes as he wraps up packing another order and training a new employee on how thin crust is cut. No problem. The gal who cooked the pizzas asked if I'd been helped and goes to get my order. She knew the order and when the manager didn't find it right away she told the manager she knows she made it and found it for him. This new manager handed me the order and apologized for the wait. He's friendly and seemed sincere. If I were rating this store based on the first guy - 0 stars. If I were rating it based on 2nd guy and the girl who cooked- 5 stars. But really, you gotta pick up the phone.

The food is generally good. Service hasn’t been impressive. Cancelling orders on us when they come in and stopping the pickup timers several minutes before they actually bring the food out. We have done deliver, take out, and curbside and each one the food has been fine but the service lacking a bit. Really unfortunate.

This location has been struggling a lot for quite some time, and if you read the reviews you will see that. However, they have recently changed management, and they are starting to go back to regular hours. I spoke to a lovely female manager (didn’t get her name, she had short black hair though.) there a few nights ago. She was incredibly helpful and apologetic for the wait, and even gave us our order for free for our troubles. She explained that they’re working on hiring more employees so that they can start to do better for customers. She was great! She even offered to help me carry things to my car. Thank you guys! We love you! Will definitely be back.
