This place has the worst customer service in America. The steaks are disgusting and so are the facial expressions and body language of a lot of the staff members that work there. The staff are rude and act as if they are working in a forced labor camp. The waiters and hostess up front have non-existent customer service skills. The manager needs to be fired or provide some kind of customer service training to his staff on a regular basis! The chicken wings are decent but some of the pieces were pink and undercooked.

Food was ok... Despite alerting management that their hand sanitizer stations were empty, they stayed empty during our whole visit. I'm thinking that health may not be top priority at this GC. Also as we watched the cashier we noticed he would 'forget' to give back every party after party their payment cards. We thought that this behavior was extremely sus!

Food was great. The service was awesome! Even though they were super busy the wait staff took good care of us. We go every year for our annual family October fun!

One star for good food. Minus 4 stars for unsanitary plates and utinsils. Nothing quite as gross as finding someone elses already eaten food in between supposedly clean plates. The two plates were moved aside by another patron but the staff just left them there for a while. Not the first time I've had this happen at Golden Corral. Really love their food just wish they’d pay closer attention to sanitation.

I'm already late, but I think they were open. The next time I could call them, I've seen a lot of Latinos who were working and listen to them speaking Spanish too.

Hi Susan The Golden Corral breakfast price is: $ 8.69. The price of the Golden Corral buffet lunch is $ 9.95 per adult. Dinner starts at 4 pm any day of the week. You will be charged the amount of $ 11.99, as well as $ 2.19 for drinks.
Kids under 12 are priced by their age. 3 and under are FREE.
Sat and Sun breakfast ends at 11. Mon-Fri they have brunch from 930am-2pm
It's a promotional item. It comes and goes. It's served on the weekends. You can call and check if it's currently on the menu
As far as I know they still do. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The one in Orem even has a drive through.
They never do any specials unless you use a coupon that comes in the mail. They even got rid of the military/veteran discount.
This was more of a statement rather than a fact, but okay. You never know what someone may be going through in their life. All that you can do is try to be nice back even when they aren't.
