There is a small parking lot around back, if you're lucky you can find a spot. But the tables are pretty close together and it's a tight fit. I'm sure they will accommodate though. We sat on the patio out front which was much quieter and would be easy for wheelchair access in and out.
Definitely level entryway and parking is across the street. It seems a little snug in there, so it might get a little tight with a wheelchair, but I'm sure accommodations will gladly be made.
