I think it would be pretty difficult for a wheelchair to have access. The ground is crushed ice. They recommend bringing sleds to pull children on because strollers would be difficult to push in the crushed ice. Think of it like pushing a wheelchair in sand. If the person in the wheelchair could sit in a sled, i think that would be the best option. Otherwise, I'd call the Homestead to see what they recommend. Best of luck!

Yes it would be hard to push a wheelchair through the slippery ice and they have some ice shavings and small chunks you walk through.
It is, technically plausible but... The grounds is ice, so it's going to be very difficult to navigate and get around. It isn't flat and the ground is not smooth, and the cave areas you have to navigate carefully. I personally would suggest not bringing a wheel chair
