Did you purchase any type of a warranty on it? I don't know that CarMax actually has any mechanics. I haven't looked that closely at it; chances are that you will have to take it to a Jeep dealer. If you don't have a warranty, it will cost you quite a bit. I would look to see if the issue is under some type of recall in which case you can typically get it done for free. Ask the dealership if they have any type of free inspection and if they can read the codes on the car engine for free. Then you can get a list of the things that are probably wrong with it.
