was honestly shocked by how pleasant this car buying experience was. The salesperson was friendly and not pushy at all, everyone we dealt with from the folks who delivered the car to random salespeople who chatted with us in the lobby while we were waiting were very friendly and pleasant to work with. We were also able to find a car that matched my specific requirements in another state, it was shipped to my local store in a few days, and was exactly as described in the listing. My trade in went smoothly, the price I received was more than fair, and the appraisal was done quickly. Overall after this experience I would absolutely buy another car here.

Easy enough to deal with these amazing people. Only complaint is the somewhat difficult level of access there is to enter the parking lot, being so close to the busy 512/167/Valley Ave junction. Otherwise, working with them is a breeze and they are super friendly with rarely a wait and plenty of staff. Car selection is always great, and their services they offer are top notch. Worth a visit just to see the selection.

I was very pleased with my car buying experience at CarMax. I love their streamlined process, it made everything easy and straightforward. I left with their limited warranty (which is almost never offered for used cars), I was able to purchase an aftermarket warranty as well. They gave me a great price for my used car, which made me very happy. Excellent experience start to finish. Was dealing with several dealers as I searched for the right car. All of them came up short in one way or another save Car Max. Car was there when promised. I was given all the time and test drives I needed to make sure it was the perfect fit for me. My agent was thoughtful and thorough and made the experience a breeze. Did you purchase any type of a warranty on it? I don't know that CarMax actually has any mechanics. I haven't looked that closely at it; chances are that you will have to take it to a Jeep dealer. If you don't have a warranty, it will cost you quite a bit. I would look to see if the issue is under some type of recall in which case you can typically get it done for free. Ask the dealership if they have any type of free inspection and if they can read the codes on the car engine for free. Then you can get a list of the things that are probably wrong with it. Very comprehensive! Masks are mandatory, drinking fountains and coffee machines are shut down. There are sanitizer stations all over the place. Yes, they are doing it correctly.
Yes they do. They take them back in the shop and give you a great price of what it's worth. Just keep in mind. Dents, scratches, and mechanical issues do take part in the price. And the older it is the less money they offer.
They will do an appraisal on site, and make you a fair and reasonable offer.
Yes, CarMax accepts trades of cars and trucks and will buy your car even if you dont buy a car from Carmax!
