Incase anyone wanted an update. They called to reschedule my dogs dental appt for the 3rd time! 3 and half months later, would have been at least 4-5 months since initial recommendation for his teeth, still nothing. I'm absolutely at a loss right now and will be canceling my pet subscription. Ridiculous.

Appointment availability for a sick or injured pet is TERRIBLE!!! They won't see your sick or injured pet even if they are the primary care provider because they never have appointments in the next few days! Even if you pay for a Wellness Plan (which supposedly comes with unlimited visits). The staff is VERY nice but they haven't had decent appointment availability for years. It's a problem they have never fixed for several years now.

I took my dog here first because my experience with Petsmart Charities has been very good. I thought I would try them out. The staff and doctors at this location are very good, and show kindness and compassion at every visit. They have given me information that solidified my respect for them, and saved my dog from further pain due to a severe eye injury. I feel well cared for, and know that my beloved little companion is in good hands there. I recommend Banfield Vet to anyone looking. They are very good.

Keep you waiting forever both to get into during and after your appointment. Also watch your bill because they charged us a visit fee when they said would be free. Exam rooms.are extremely small. Pretty sure we'll not be going back.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hi Angela - Our recommendation is to work with your regular veterinarian to discuss treatment options. They would know what is best for your pet's condition and care. We understand pet care can be expensive for urgent situations, and your veterinary team may be able to direct you toward community resources if needed. We hope this helps!
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Hi - Thanks for reaching out! Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals and small mammals.
