Based on recommendations we had seen for Maximum Performance - we made an appointment for our truck two weeks ago to bring it to their shop today for them to diagnose an issue. That was their first available time. We dropped it last night, at which point they advised they would call us this morning and let us know what was up. Well, by noon, we still hadn't heard anything. My husband called - they hadn't even LOOKED at it yet. They were still working on cars from the previous day in the bays. I called them back and (not very nicely) told them that they should have advised us when we dropped the truck they were not going to be able to look at it, and their back-up is not our problem when we have patiently waited two weeks for an appointment. Our truck should at least have been diagnosed at this point. The man said if I didn't like it then I can just "come pick up your (insert colorful metaphor) truck". Great customer service. I guess when you have that much business, you really could care less if you lose one customer. So, my son and I walked up there, and picked up our truck. Be warned, if this is your first time there - you will not only get bumped to the back of the line - even with an appointment you are not important enough to even be looked at in a timely fashion. It seems the work they have is enough for them to keep going.
