They were very good with the estimate and showing me what was wrong. Took my car in next day and were on it with in 15 minute's. They broke a wheel lock rather then telling me it was old and rusted they replaced them free. The entire experience was great. I'll do more work with them and highly recommend them!

I have been to this place a few times now for exhaust work and differential services. I would never go anywhere else. The lady at the Puyallup location is amazing and went way above and beyond. She knew that I wanted a particular exhaust tip but was short on funds. When I came back to pick up my vehicle. She put it on at no charge to me. They are the true example of customer satisfaction and having you leave with a smile. Never have been to a better shop and would highly recommend them if you want people that care as much about your vehicle as you do.

I’ve been coming to these guys for about 7 years now. Never have I felt cheated or felt that I didn’t get the service I requested. They’ve always been super honest and straight forward with any repairs or issues I bring them. They’re by far the best priced. You can tell they’re coveted because people will line up in the morning to bring in their vehicles since it’s first come first serve. Melinda helped me today in getting my rear differential fixed. A different place quoted me an astronomical amount to get it fixed. Melinda was straight forward and gave me their price which I was more than happy to pay. Thank you Melinda for helping me. I have to leave tomorrow morning to military training for two weeks and it was crucial for my truck to be done today.

This place the labor charge is reasonable the mechanics Bob and Steve( he is not longer working there ) and Melinda the manager of the front desk are awesome people, I recommend to anyone to take their vehicle to Austin Pro Maxx on Canyon Rd and you won't regret it. A special thanks to Bob (One of the mechanic) when one day I didn't have enough money to repair a piece of pipe in the muffler of my Truck that it was corroded and I need a piece of pipe so I can installed and tape it at the both ends with aluminum tape momentary so my truck can take me from point A to point B and Bob was so kindly that he gave me a piece of pipe for free so I can do this Mickey Mouse job and resolve my problem momentary until I have the money to fix it in a later time and I never forget that day for his kind help and gesture and since that time to now I always bring my vehicles to them 😀 👍 ❤️, me personally we need more people like Bob they should grow like trees ...🌳
