I think they stated when we went that we had a 30 minute window with our ticket time.
If you don't go within your 30 minute window you can TRY to go later but they can't promise you'll get in. It will depend on space.
You can only go during that half hour time slot with your tickets. however you can call and for a small fee for each ticket you can change the date and the time.
Last year we were 2 hours late on a Saturday and they let us in with no questions but I think that "no guarantees" is the truth.
The tickets are good for a 30 minute slot. If you don't arrive by 530 then you may be able to wait until later in the evening but as others have said, there is no guarantee. You may want to contact them also as I believe if you need to change the time in that short of notice then you may be charged a rebooking fee of sorts. Good luck!
If you miss your time slot which would be 5-530 you get put in the stand by list which there is no guarantee you'll get in, especially on a Friday night when they are busier.
