I'm confused. I have had albacore tuna at other places, and they tasted nothing like these. I preferred yours, but am having a hard time believing they are really tuna, when I compare them. If it's tuna, how do you make it taste like cod?

Tastes nothing like cod. Maybe you should have a fish tasting refresher course. Tuna is a very firm yet mild tasting fish, cod is completely white and flakey in comparison.

Shana, that's quite the condescending type of answer to a consumer. "Maybe you should have a fish tasting refresher course." Have a little respect, people wouldn't reach out if they didn't know. People sure don't reach out to get a snarky condescending answer. Whether it's Tuna or Cod it is by far my favorite Fish and Chips from Long Beach to Tillamook. What makes it so good is it's made fresh per order and yes I'll wait 30 minutes in line, rain or shine. It's sooooo delicious.

I was told that the fish served was tuna caught that morning. I've never had tuna like this...usually cod...but was extremely surprised & delighted at the taste. I guess fresh is definitely the best!

Its fresh caught and cooked that day tuna. Definitely not cod, cod is white and flaky. The breading on the outside might be the similar flavor you're noticing.
