Excellent food and lovely staff. Provided crayons and a toy for our toddler to play with whike we ate, along with a highchair, and interacted and played with her throughout- wonderfully friendly staff. The food was excellent too, and we all left full and happy. They had a good kids menu also.

Had a wonderful trip to Astoria with my beautiful girlfriend yesterday. We started our adventures at the deviously delicious Silver Salmon Grille. Our first taste of heaven was the blackened steak tips cooked to a perfect medium rare. The entrées followed with the creamy al dente tortellini alfredo with blackened salmon and the succulent creole crab and crawfish cakes. With such an amazing selection of mouth watering ingredients gracing or pallets and platinum star service from our hilarious waitress Heidi we didn't think it could get any better. We were wrong in the best way possible. Uttering the words can we see a dessert menu our eye widened intensely as Heidi approached the table with a beautiful display of dessert in hand. She made every dessert sound so savory it was tempting to order the lot. Settling on moist candied pecan carrot cake and elegantly rich mocha cheesecake did not disappoint. I have never wanted to give an establishment 5 stars before but with such an unforgettable experience and my desire to travel back post-haste 5 is almost an under rating.

The steak bites are delicious; very flavorful, with a pleasant southern mix of sweet and spice. The lobster tail is exceptional and perfectly cooked. The blackened salmon has a similar southern spice mix, but is on the sweeter side that the steak bites. I highly recommend asking for some drawn butter to dip the steak bites in.

We frequent Astoria often, but opted to try new restaurants. We had dinner at Silver Salmon Grille and the food & service was wonderful! We ordered a variety of dishes; appetizer - fried artichokes; dinner lobster, surf & turf, salmon cakes & cup of chowder; ending with cheesecake. The chowder was fantastic & the restaurant shares their recipe. Our sever Heidi was wonderful as well. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

Yes we do have Steak and Lobster
I wouldn't eat any of their desserts - the two we ordered were incredibly bad. Presentation was atrocious and flavors were off-putting. They might market their selection as artisanal, but that would be akin to claiming the soggiest McDonald's fries are artisanal.
Typically with 2 to 4 people, we can fit you in, but not always. Any group bigger than that, I would always make a reservation. This time of the year (and especially on a weekend) it's better to have a reservation no matter what.
It was Pacific Pizza and Pasta 20 years ago for a couple years and before that it was the old Brass Rail.
Hello Nancy, Yes, we do have gluten free options. We don't have a specific gluten free menu, but we do have plenty of items on our menu that either are gluten free, or can be made gluten free.
