Apparently the owner or manager is to busy to answer or reply and tell me why my deposit wasn’t refunded. The guy at the kiosk can only tell me he will give him the message and that it was refunded. Stay the the Microtel down the street my uncle stayed there NO Deposit and way nicer. The pool was able to be used and it was just way nicer for less.

I travel all over the U.S. spending 9 to 10 months a year in hotels. Since I have arrived the staff from the front desk to housekeeping have been outstanding. Always accommodating. I've had two different rooms here. They moved my daughter and myself to other side so contractors wouldn't disturb us. I have 2 dogs and never have any issues. I would recommend this hotel to all. There's more restaurants and stores then you'll ever need within 1 mile of this location plus malls. I gave them 5 stars across the board because they earned them.

Room was clean We are in our 80's. The heat not turn on. It wasn't icy cold...just uncomfortable! I called the office twice and was told it was going to be hot. $200 for a room where you couldn't take a shower because it was too uncomfortable. My Husband slept in his sweat shirt and pants. Dusgusting!!!!!!!

Arrived late, couldn't check in with man standing right at front desk, had to go to kiosk. Printer didn't work, so couldn't get a copy of receipt. No flexiibility if I needed to adjust my reservations. Very cool weather upon arrival, heat did not work in room, told gal at desk, no one came to fix. 2 of 4 night stays, there was no soap or shampoo was in my room, but I did have clean towels. On 2nd night, key card did not work, had to go to office and rescan. Stayed in a NON pet room, but was completely surrounded by barking dogs!! Not 1 piece of fruit on breakfast bar... no apples, no oranges, no bananas, nothing! Very disappointed. 5 years ago, we had family stay and they had much better service, not sure what has happened.
