I wouldn't eat any of their desserts - the two we ordered were incredibly bad. Presentation was atrocious and flavors were off-putting. They might market their selection as artisanal, but that would be akin to claiming the soggiest McDonald's fries are artisanal.

They have a Baker. The deserts are made fresh. The deserts change frequently so the same desert is not always available everytime you go. So depends on your definition of artisan. The deserts we had were good but traditional not avantgaurd . Even though they are traditional I would say the maker is an artisan.
