I'm not sure why someone said yes, but e-bikes are not allowed on the trails inside of Leadbetter State Park.
I was just there and at cape disappointment yesterday..I saw them all day long. And even if they weren't allowed. I never saw a single person of authority even checking for discover passes so nobody would stop you anyways
