This is a company that charges for you to have a meter at your home. The fee is currently $47.72 at my Beach place. That is the published, but not billed rate. I have only been at my vacation home a few times on the weekends over 6 out of 12 months, so I do not use very much water. According to my bill I was only there in 5 months of usage. The rest of the time there was no usage. North Beach Water district has charged me $63.13 average every month for the last 12 months although I use very little of their service and water. Let the buyer beware, this company can and does take advantage of it's local neighbors and customers, by own experience.
