The $12 parking charge is a one-time fee you pay per vehicle per day. Unlimited In/Out privileges. Hope this helps!

Yes, the rate covers the entire day. You can come & go as many times during that 24 hour period.
If i remember correctly they have a day rate which allows in and out :)
