YES! You can park in the small parking lot just before you cross over the actual Salt Creek, and before entering Crescent Beach. From that parking lot, you can walk down to the beach area of Salt Creek and walk over to the tide pools at LOW TIDE ONLY. This is also where all the surfers park! 😊
