I honestly cannot say I have ever been in a business where all the employees were pleasant and happy to help me get two packages returned to Amazon. Amazon Prme did nothing to help me get the packages returned for a refund. But, when I arrived at the Port Angeles, Washington parking garage for UPS, one driver gave me advice and said to go inside and the employees would help me. I thank God for his help and sending me to UPS Port Angeles, Wa. And lastly, I owe thanks to my wife of 62+ years of happiness, I had also asked her for help. So, end of a very happy adventure. This particular UPS location leaves a lot to be desired. Packages that arrive to this location from elsewhere appear to take 2-5 business days to sort/go out for delivery, regardless of the weather. To make matters worse, every day they will send out new delivery times (that they miss). My package requires a signature. It is not OK to string me along like this and waste my time. If UPS is understaffed, then they just need to come clean and send out a date and time when they are actually able to deliver something!

Upping my stars because despite the whole mess, my packages arrived today after my alert said they would. Honestly wasn't expecting them for a bit as I know they're going to be behind. Glad people are feeling better and things are running again.

This is not what is happening, we are running on less than 1/4 of staff members due to illness. Our building is being ran by different people and us drivers that are left have been working over 14hr days all week. They are refusing to send us to certain location and prioritizing certain route. Us drivers are not choosing this. Please understand and try to be kind when drivers are back and have the approval to deliver certain routes again. Originally this was a snow issue that has turned into an entire building being shut down due to illness. I have been out everyday this week and worked mass hours, we as the drivers have been trying to contact people with phone numbers on packages. We are truly trying as your delivery drivers to accomplish as much as possible and help everyone. We are beyond frustrated with what is going on as well. I'm so sorry as a driver that this is happening to so many people.

Hi, you can feel free to drop off your package at this center. We are currently open Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Our latest drop-off times for ground and air packages are 6:00 PM (ground), and 4:30 PM (air), from Monday to Friday. -Isco
If you got a tracking number in the Amazon return area, PA UPS can take it. I dropped one off yesterday.

Hi, the package will be delivered by 10:30 am, 12:00 noon or by the end of the day depending on the destination address
Our customer center operation hours are Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The latest drop-off time for Air packages is 4:30 pm and for Ground packages is 6:00 pm.
You can go online to Amazon and follow the steps to return a package and you will get a tracking number as well as a bar code that UPS can scan. I just did this a few days ago and the return went well.
