Does anybody ever answer the phone?! I called three times today to ask about a very small pkg envelope that the carrier took back to the office office?! Per customers request? What I never said that nor did the person try to deliver!! No one answers

Apparently they just don't feel like delivering small packages. I had one returned supposedly due to incomplete address, although my address was fully on the package. They just pick and choose what they want to deliver I guess. I look forward to trying to get a hold of them about this.

Vikki, if someone answers you, I would suggest you are very lucky . I usually make a trip to the post office itself if I have a question . IMO it's quicker .
