Absolute worst service order wrong cold and incorrect. How do these people have a job?
Update today: Absolutely terrible service. The Impossible Burger brought me in - thought I’d try it. 30 minutes of standing waiting for it, during which time 4 customers (out of 5 they served) had their orders wrong. One burger that was handed back to them went under the warmer for a drive thru customer. When I finally got my order, the patty was cold (room temp) and hard as a hockey puck. If you’ve ever over-cooked a veggie patty in a microwave, then let it cool down you’ll know what it was like. I got my money back and left. (And they kept the original receipt with the survey number on it so I couldn’t even give them feedback)
Yes, but it's when you get a person that cares too. We tried there 2 for $6 this evening and chicken sandwich was incorrect and the whopper was so soggy, looks like it has been seating on the shelf for awhile.
I don't know i haven't eaten there since i stood in line to order my food after ordering i watched the 4 families that were in front of get there food then watched the 3 people that were behind me get there food then the person that ordered next got her food so i walk up to the counter and why i hadn't been served she argued with me that i had already gotten my food and the lady that was ahead of me came up and that i had not i told them to keep the money and i would no long buy anything from burger king again and i have not stepped foor inside one of there establishments since it has been 2 years
They over mustard everything and always charge us for bacon but we almost never get any on ours
