The employees were very friendly and great to work with ...when we couldn't find what we needed...she called around to help locate the item....he even called her competition..which I thought was a great customer service...she was showing that she cared about the customer not just the bottom line.

Melissa helped us find a good dishwasher, she went through ever washer they had to see what they had in stock and helped us make an informed decision. When they didn't have the one in stock that my family liked she spent 45 minutes to and hour trying to get ahold of another store that had it in stock to verify that it was in store. The Federal Way store had put her on hold multiple times and hung up the phone before she even spoke to someone. She even got on another phone to see if any of the other stores had it in stock. All while sitting on hold or redialing Federal Way. In the end she finally spoke with the assistant manager who verified that they had one in stock. We were very happy with her service and patience. Thank you to Melissa for all of your time when you knew that you were not going to get the sell.

The employees are paranoid beyond reason, and they judge people based on stereotypes. They followed me around and treated me like a criminal when at the end to there dismay, I did the unthinkable..... I paid for it!!!! Go figure. I will never in my lure be treated this way again. I hate this store. They have earned nothing but a life long Home Depot customer outta me.

The place its clean and I was excited because there was many clearance, but please if you are coming to this store verify prices with cashier before paying. They charge me everything at regular price at the end they call the manager and fix it but they where not happy, really bad impression. I really recommend you to take pictures when you see clearance because they may trick you.

Rich leber, ive never had a problem at the ol' home depot, the one man in the paint department was a big help(wish i knew his name to give credit), but it had nothing to do with not finding what i was looking for, or finding an employee, I started with customer service to let them know i needed help, they said they would send him, after 30 mins I asked a man,to no avail,used the phone at the desk to call and ask again, they said they would send somebody (still nothing), i pressed the help button, a man came and was very rude, turned off the message, and walked away saying he'd send somebody, another 30min came by and I went to the manager, who then lied to me and said the machine was down ( I called before to make sure it wasnt , having been to 3 lowes prior ), and then the paint guy ( bless his heart) chimed in and said it was fine and he would help me, stating she says that when she doesnt want to help, and we did it together,because it wasnt his department and I knew how it worked
They had some apartments size refrigerators a while back but, I haven't paid much attention to them lately.
Customers and staff are supposed to wear masks. The two times I've visited since the start of the pandemic, it doesn't seem to be enforced; I observed more than half the other customers not wearing them. Home Depot and Costco have the same issue... may the odds be ever on your favor.
There is a glass bottle recycling receptacle in the parking lot of the Bonney Lake Lowe's. I use it often.
