The people that own it are lovely and very polite. We have a 5x5 it's cozy but definitely need something bigger. Easy to get to and it's never busy.

You would have to call them to find out. I rented a 5 x 10 for $70.00 a month ago. I know they had quite a few available but not sure about other sizes.
