AJ went above and beyond to please my 90 year old mother. So sweet got with manager to cook up a grilled cheese to go with her Tomato Soup. Very attentive have not experienced this leve of service in a long time! Food was great, but AJ made the day wonderful! Go in and ask for him! Thanks much!

I went to this place and it was totally poor customer service. My mom is 75 years old she ordered a margaritas and said that it tasted funny like the lime was soured. So we called the waitress and she said no problem and took it away to replace it with a long Island . A few minutes later the manager JUSTIN IREDALE came over to tell us even though they replaced the drink by law we would have to pay for both drinks. What law is this when this drink was an admitted by him a pre- mixed drink in a jug. By it being citrus it is possible that it was to sour. What was a Sunday dinner with my mom in her golden years was turnt into a "I wish I never came here moment". Mr. Justin Iredale then proceeded to call other employees to stare us down and hold a conversation about this debacle. Words could never say how upset my mom was and how they acted at this point. We did not get up and leave but pushed threw dinner and consider it my goal to persuade as many of my followers, friends on social media to not patronage this particular establishment as long as he works there.

I was not aware that they were doing that. I agree that they should perhaps raise the prices on the food enough to compensate for their condiments, charging customers for that gives them the feeling of pettiness & being taken advantage of...they need to rethink their strategy...but the food is & has always been amazing

No it wasn't busy I went up the & call while waitn at the bar nobody answer it & they saw me sittn at the for 15 minutes & didn't came to take my order are nothing & I left out of there they was so rude to me see me sittn at the bar & didn't take my at are even speak
