Absolutely HORRIBLE !! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE and DO NOT let them run your credit !!!!! They"shotgunned" my credit meaning they did 5 hard inquiries including themselves who would not even be lending me the funds.They used all gimmics and lies about a camper I was trying to purchase that was there being serviced for almost a year. They ended up having to buy the camper back because mice got into it and took residnce for many months destroying the inside of a 2020 Momontum 351 which is still for sale as of this writing. STAY AWAY FROM CAMPERS INN !!!

The service of Campers RV of Union Ct. is beyond bad! No return phone call, can’t even talk to anyone on the phone. Had to make a 1.5 hour drive to the shop just to talk to them! Calls go straight to voice mail and are never returned! Still waiting on parts for a brand new Grand Design camper paid for in March and just delivered two weeks ago when my second payment was made! I don’t know how this place stays in business? Warning, don’t buy a camper from them, you will regret it!!! You will probably see a response from them below, trust me I talked to everyone from the bank that financed the RV, Grand Design and the owner of the Union factory and nothing has changed! God help me if I need warranty work done …

The service department is unacceptable. They don’t return calls/email. My RV was damaged while in for service and we were not informed, however when picking it up we noticed and asked. Promises to provide repairs have been extended over months now only to receive no replies. My RV was there for 2 months with a list of issues that were not resolved the year before and are still not resolved. Be aware that having an appointment means nothing. Just months of it sitting there, getting damaged, only to be lied to in the end. Not a business to trust.

Spoke to Francis and Scott about a Grand Design Reflection 31MB to take a look at knowing that it was a sale pending and wanted to show the Mrs. The layout of the 5th wheel and possibly put a deposit on one. We drove over a hour to get there just to find it had not been there in over a month. We waited patiently for over 20 minutes for him to come out and ask us how are we and I said not too good I heard the campers not here is, it was “And it’s not “ and then he told me if “I raise my voice I will be talking to myself” So I did I told him we drove over an hour to look at the camper and we got lied to and he told me to have a nice ride home. If this is the way you treat your customers you will be out of business very soon, very unprofessional I will never do business with your company When you get no apology from your salesman or the manager tells me it’s all about the money and not about the customer. This should be a -5 star

Call ahead for appointment time. They are very busy, emergency walk in are exceptioned.
They are following all measures..masks, distancing, sanitizing, etc
We bought our trailer there and they did all the running around for us ....👌😁👍
I purchased my camper from them and didn't see any airstream campers on the lot.
