We ordered a pretty straight forward meals. I ordered 5 burgers five fries and four drinks. We ordered two burgers with no alterations. The other three had requested no ketchup on one and no mayo on another…… what we got was extra mayo on one and ketchup on the other! My daughter who is a picky eater asked for only pickles and mustard. Which they just made her a regular sandwich and didn’t even attempt to make her order they way we ordered it! It’s amazing these folks want $15-$20 an hr and can’t even get basic requests accomplished! I love Burger King! Just not this location!

Disappointed for my son. He applied for a job at the bonney lake location and was told he was hired on the spot...I know they are hurting for employees but after the interview they didn't do anything they said they were going to. He kept getting the run around about sending things for him to fill out... Never got them, called, no one knew anything. The manager apologized one time and said she was busy and got behind and assured us that she would send the paperwork that night. Never got it. After almost 3 weeks of being " hired" he had to find other employment. He was disappointed because he really wanted to work there and the manger was nice but things are clearly not ran well. Too bad because I think they would have better ratings with more employees.

Ordered delivery. Was shorted a whopper. Single instead of double cheeseburger. Ice melted in soda and chicken fries weren’t even lukewarm (old). It’s apparent the people working here simply do not care at all whatsoever. DD refunded $10 of my $30. Doesn’t fix it. Sorely dissatisfied with both. Save your money, go elsewhere.

It is a love hate thing to have a timer in the window. The problem with that is that they have you wait 5 mins at the intercom before they take your order. It seems like this is to make times better, but it makes customers sit super far back and out in the road. Other than that the people are super nice here :) it just takes forever to get through the line all of the time.

Its a low skill entry job for uneducated people starting out in life (sadly many get stuck here for decades). Its not about being dumb, its about having an undeveloped work ethic motivated by mundane routine work at minimal pay and hours. What do you expect from fast food?
Absolute worst service order wrong cold and incorrect. How do these people have a job?
Did the drive thru and they are using yray to handle cash purchases.No in store seating or pick up.
7. Sometimes the broiler needs to warm up, but officially they serve lunch starting at 7 a.m.
Yes they have burger and more.
