I am a Google guide, and not a DRS employee, but since I use to work for SOW, I can tell you they're available on the DRS website now. You will need to make an account and then you can print it. If you decide to wait until mailed, I believe they're disbursed January 31st.
If you work for the state, you should have received yours already. I have and already filed my income tax. Since its Friday after 5:00 the quickest way to get it, is by logging into the DRS website, create an account and print it from your account. Otherwise, you need to call them Monday to see where it went and how to get a copy.
For retirees the forms are 1099 not W2. They are mailed by January 31st. They are also available through your online account.
