Hi Shoshana, thank you for the inquiry. Sutter does not come down to Tacoma, sorry. There are fireplace shops down in that area that should be able to help you. One heads up is that you are in a condo. Condos have rules and often restricts many options. If you can do gas, that would be the best but you need to have gas and sometimes permission from the association to make changes to the cap on the roof if needed. The other and simpler option would be an electric insert. They've gotten better and often times have heaters. Good luck in your search and thank you for the opportunity. SH&H
