Why are you closed on Sundays with limited hours on Saturdays? For the weekend wood worker, this easily cuts your business in half to many people. Or is this store focused on selling to other businesses?

I'm not certain about the choice of their business hours, but they absolutely cater to the common folk. I've shopped there many times. It's a fantastic store.

Probably the limited hours are for the employee's sake. I've never felt that they are catering specifically to professional wood workers. Every time I've asked a detail question I've gotten a very satisfying and thorough answer.

I have had the same experiences, I'm not hating on anything except the hours. Would have stopped by as I was driving through Portland, but, alas, closed! This has happened more than once - "closed Sunday" hours for consumer walk in servicing businesses confuse, frustrate, and limit me. Add on less Saturday hours and I've got small windows I might be able to get there. Rockler is worse for me as they're even further away. Whoever opens a quality shop that serves my woodworking wants in Vancouver will end up with my business. But currently, Amazon seems to be winning and I'd rather not...

They were more oriented toward professionals in the past but they are there for the rest of us now. I appreciate the time and expertise they offer when I come there. Their inventory is wide and deep.
