Most uncompationed people I have ever meet. Buck, was rude & arrogant. I would never use this place at all! They make the family clean the body, unless you pay to have them clean it. Very cold & rude person. To be a director of funeral home, you should have some compassion for the family!

I have to say that while the death of my brother has been one of the most hardest things to deal with, Rose City Funeral Home has made the whole process of dealing with his passing the easiest. They were kind, attentive, and helped our family through this difficult time, from dealing with the hospital, all the way to when my brother was interred in the cemetery. I hope that when I pass, my family will have a funeral home that provides as good of service to them as Rose City has done for my family.

Wonderful experience! I've been searching into my family history and needed help finding a big list of grave locations. Jean helped me tremendously (for nearly an hour!!!) finding multiple grave locations, writing maps and even taking me out into the cemetery when I was wandering around cluelessly!! I really appreciate her and all the grounds crew for keeping this place so inviting. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

Patient, respectful and professional. The cemetery grounds are beautiful and peaceful. We held the funeral service in the chapel on the grounds, and it went beautifully.
