If you are considered "low income" or are a senior, on social security or social security disability, receive SNAP (aka food stamps) are facing an eviction or are facing a utility shut off tou can get assistance typically up to $350 in a year. If you are a veteran there are other services they can assist you with. Also the u.s. another great organization called Saint Vincent de Paul (which olycap typically defers people to anyways) 360-379-1325 that you call at the beginning of the week the earlier the better. Leave a message and give them about 3 days to respond. They can help with this like food, bills, minor car repairs (typically $150-300 max) etc. They can only donate to you 2x a year. With olycap too you can sign up for a program called Liheap which helps pay a portion of your heating/electric bill once a year. They help with Wood, Propane, and Electric. Kerry who is the receptionist at olycap should have all that information when you call or go in. I hope this helps.
