Hello- as clients we have been unable to reach anyone for weeks using the phone number, email or text. Our pup needs vaccines and I’m confused on how we are to get through to the hospital anymore. Thanks!

They are not accepting new clients at this time, so if you don't already have a pet established within the practice, they likely aren't available to take you on just now.

I called yesterday and someone answered and made an appointment. And I received a reply email this morning to a question I emailed yesterday. Have you double checked the number you have for them?
