DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! They only care about the money and they never return your phone calls. I am normally not the type of person to leave a review but i felt the need to leave one for this vet. I would give them 0 stars if i had the opportunity to. I recently had my dog spayed here and when I made the appointment they quoted me $350. Then a day before the appointment, they called to confirm the appointment and I asked again how much the procedure would cost and they then said $180. After the procedure was done, we were charged $550 for the spay. WAY more than we were ever quoted. I then called them 5 times and left voicemails 4 different times to discuss why we were charged so much but they never returned my call. The only reason they returned my call was because I called another time and instead of asking about the money issue, I had a post operative procedure question and they then returned my call. Apparently my dog needed to come back to get her stitches removed because they were non dissolvable but we were never told that and they never made a post op appointment to get them removed. If I would have never called so many times and finally get ahold of someone, I would have never known that they needed to be removed professionally. You would think that a business like this would schedule a post op appointment for your pet the day of the procedure and inform you about the proper post operative care. ON TOP OF THAT, my dog is now forming a huge blister like bump on the side of her incision that was made from the surgery and it now looks infected. They also proceed to tell us that they charged us extra (total cost was $600) because they did a "deep" cleaning on my dogs ears because one of them was infected. When we brought her home after her visit, her ears were still filthy and looked like they were never even touched or cleaned. We will be taking our dog else where and NEVER going back to this clinic again. PLEASE save your time and money with this place.

Awesome team! My puppy was sick this past summer and they had no availability....... but ended up calling me back to squeeze her in their schedule. My dog ended up being positive for parvo and pancreatitis. They kept her there through the weekend with the staff taking turns to come in and take care of her. They warned us that the prognosis was not good. Within four days my girl was home and is still thriving. After just losing our 14 year old buddy months before we were over the moon and so greatful not to lose another friend. Thank you North Olymia Animal Hospital!

It's best to call them and give them your pets info - type of animal and ages and all that matter.
