Yes. I’m calling during business hours. Also the email aren’t being delivered due to “delivery delay”. Clearly they are having technical problems.
Marsha - We recognize that our hold times have been longer than expected recently and appreciate your patience. We have been experiencing technical issues and are working as quickly possible to resolve the issues to handle all incoming calls. We have also been helping an unusually large number of sick pets recently and that has increased the time it takes to respond to customer emails. I've always been able to get through on the phone. Are you calling during business hour's? Also they have an app that you can download that makes it so incredibly easy to make a claim. I've had to make over a 100 claims in 3 year's and seldom ever have an issue.
