Can’t get thru to anyone at healthy paws with question about claim. Why doesn’t email go through? Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone? Trying for days !!!

Yes. I’m calling during business hours. Also the email aren’t being delivered due to “delivery delay”. Clearly they are having technical problems.

Marsha - We recognize that our hold times have been longer than expected recently and appreciate your patience. We have been experiencing technical issues and are working as quickly possible to resolve the issues to handle all incoming calls. We have also been helping an unusually large number of sick pets recently and that has increased the time it takes to respond to customer emails. We have been proactively adding more customer care staff so that all policyholders can get the their claims and customer care issues resolved as quickly as possible. The Healthy Paws Team

I've always been able to get through on the phone. Are you calling during business hour's? Also they have an app that you can download that makes it so incredibly easy to make a claim. I've had to make over a 100 claims in 3 year's and seldom ever have an issue.
