The most unprofessional establishment ever. There was a $50 order ahead of me and said my wait time would be 20+ minutes and there was no way to get out because the customer got to wait at the window and the drive thru was completely full. very upset

I did that and the other cars decided not to move. They could've had the car pull to the reserved section so i could leave. Trust me, i specialize in customer service and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. There was more too it but only so many characters to write.
