This McDonald’s has repeatedly never failed to disappoint me. This is one of the worse McDonald’s I have ever been to. They are constantly overcharging and messing up orders. Additionally the customer service is awful. They are not kind or helpful and are overall very bad. Lastly their food is also just sub par compared to any other McDonald’s I have been to. I have to say I am finally giving up on even going here anymore.

Reupdated and renovated really clean even smells like clean McDonalds. First time mobile order pick up i went inside the redone McDonalds and was happy to see the interior instead of doing the curbside pickup. I implore anyone to download the app get free/ cheaper / deals while you're already going to go here otherwise check out the bundle meals for families i wish they had the breakfast bundles like in the north side on West Broadway.

I went to this McDonalds around 330 am after I had ordered I was asked to pull over to wait for the food . I had ordered A big mac and a crispy chicken sandwich . That was no problem . When I got home I found out the big mac and chicken sandwich were both ice cold . I waited for cold items ? I do not know what's going on here? But I would recommend that the McDonalds in Norwood /Young America train the staff at this place . Every time I stop there my food is very hot with out a wait and I always get a smile . Please retrain this entire staff worst food at the Stinson location . I had to give it one star but they don't deserve that . zero stars .

I must say, the crispy chicken sandwich was the best item I have ever ate out of McDonald's. I'm not sure what this location is doing, but the quality was outstanding! Seasoned nicely and crispy!! The bun was perfectly cooked & hot which isn't common. Good amount of lettuce and mayo. Oreo shamrock shake could have been better, but I would still give it like 4 out 5 stars. Thank you so much staff! That was Saturday late night around midnight. We were hungry and needed something for an hour drive home.
