This store's returns process is terrible!!!!! If you don't have the receipt, they won't give you a merchandise credit. They require you to make a purchase right away for the refund amount. This is really frustrating especially if you do not need something right away, or if you don't have enough time to stay around and shop. The least they can do is offer an "in-store" only merchandise credit, like several other retail stores do! Not customer friendly at all!!!!! Buy the same Carters stuff from Kohl's or another retail store. They cost the same and you won't have this headache if you choose to return!

Had an online order to pick up and the friendly staff was quick to assist and I was in an out. As a guy, that's really all we want.

I went to this Carter’s for the first time tonight (11/21/2020), I called a head and was told they closed at 8pm. As I was just finishing my shopping the music turned of and the store went silent, I looked at my phone it was 7:45. As I was paying one of the two employees walked over and locked the front doors, when I left it was 7:50. I felt like I was in-convincing them and being pushed out of the store. I was also a little surprised to see them locking the doors at 7:45 when I was told they were open until 8. Customer service is lacking.

It was VERY difficult to find the store, especially since I'm not too familiar with Clifton Park. When using GPS it says the store is located in the mall part next to DMV; It is not. It's located next to Bath and Body Works on the complete other side of where the GPS had told us to go. Other than the misleading directions, the store is very nice. My only complaint is that the location of the swimsuits were a little difficult to find.
