Walked in to a large water leak in the dining area, which was the cleanest spot in the restaurant. Not a single clean table, soda machine was dirty/sticky, ect. It was lunch time and it was somewhat busy but that's no excuse for the shape this place was in. 2 stars only because the food was fine and the staff were relatively nice.

Last night I decided to give the impossible slider a second try (first time it was good but not outstanding). It was phenomenal. I got it with no cheese to make it vegan. There was a long wait for preparation but not a problem for how awesome it was. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I want another. Soon.

What are your lobby hours of operation, since at 4:25am Sunday, your White Castle lobby at 100 West Lake Street in Minneapolis was locked & closed to the public, which is inconsistent with being allegedly open 24 hours??

The most unprofessional establishment ever. There was a $50 order ahead of me and said my wait time would be 20+ minutes and there was no way to get out because the customer got to wait at the window and the drive thru was completely full. very upset
