I recently moved to new house at 27th place SE and lost the mailbox key. What's the process for getting a new mailbox key?

The best thing to do is first come into the post office, so we can determine which box is yours. We can give you that information, and from there, you'll need to contact a locksmith to replace the lock. You'll generally get 2-3 keys for the new lock. The post office doesn't keep spare keys for locks.
