Other than the 5% membership buy in fee, what other fees are there?

The fees are dependant on when you bought your membership and what type you bought. Sometimes they will offer upgrades to your agreement which can lower your fees, but you will have to put out some money up front.

You must pay annual dues and a transfer fee.

Usually a transfer fee if you are buying an existing membership and annual dues.
