Excellent resort with wonderful customer service. Had to cancel or second trip to Beechwood resort due to dangerous weather forecast and Marlene was very understanding and accommodating.

I love this place!! I have been coming here since I was a kid. I have wonderful memories of riding bikes through the park with my cousins and going to the store for ice cream and other treats. Don't let that little store fool you though - I swear they have always had everything we needed no matter how random! I am happy to see the new owners of Beachwood are putting money into it though as it needs it. I can't wait to see the pools all done and the rest of the upgrades to come.

Great place! People are friendly. Security on site. Indoor & outdoor pool (plus much more) - Available when COVID-19 Pandemic is no longer a threat - I'm a local landscaper tending to some residents personally within the resort. I utilizing my own property maintenance management skills and find the people and staff are genuine. The space lots are affordable and spacious for single individuals or couples whom might have a smaller family sized lifestyle. Children, pets, and disabled alike are always welcomed. On-site some properties are wheelchair accessible. Same for the community common grounds for easier access to amenities on site. Just a short drive or peaceful walk to the waterfront beaches or state camp grounds. The resort is fairly protected from high winds and noise as the surrounding areas have trees and wooded growth hugging the perimeter of the the resort. There are some faults to be had, but I'll leave it up to you with your own judgments of the the place.

Get ahold of Sun Rv resort online and there should be a link to make reservations for cabin or rv sites. Tenting is down right now I do believe.
There are mobiles for rent with different sleep configurations. Call and and I believe there is a phone prompt for reservations.
As a member, I recall about $40 for a small multiple room modular, kitchen, living room etc. Rental is for the modular and not just a room. They have quite a few available. True, inside the gate are sections that are permanent modulsr owners but are not part of the central rental section. Hope that helps clarify a bit.
The fees are dependant on when you bought your membership and what type you bought. Sometimes they will offer upgrades to your agreement which can lower your fees, but you will have to put out some money up front.
They have a pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground and playing field (soccer? Football? ) They used to have horseshoe pits, too, but I'm not sure if they're still there. Lots of ownership changes in the last few years.
Between $50 and $80 ($100 for premium cabins, Diamond members only) depending on size and if the cabins been upgraded or not.
