Gotta just keep trying. It took me forever to get through, then the lady was very, very, very rude to talk to. She ended up hanging up on me. Luckily I got through again, and to a very helpful person.
Took quite a while but eventually they answered when I called a week ago. They were very combative and rude about answering my questions. It is completely ridiculous that their office is still closed and I do not believe they would treat people the way they are if they had to do it to their face. At least I'd hope not...
