No charging outlets allowed?? Rude customer service for Greyhound counter AND the coffee stand...no staff for Amtrak. I would have had a better time standing in the rain trying to hitchhike to Seattle..

A hub for transportation for area, but no Amtrak staff, Greyhound has extremely limited hours as does Skat Transit. Nice waiting room, has sort of a coffee/snack stand. Near major county offices and downtown Mt Vernon. Schedules are sometimes affected by the trains and heavy traffic due to events.

It's nice and quiet,the coffee shop there is awesome really like their coffee.

Great building. Most the staff nice . beside Just one lady who works at information counter she rude to ppl if you ask her some questions she seems like spend more hours playing game on her tablet then actually spending on working. And she security guy ass hole the one just start coming new.

Yes as other person said there is a train FYI really nice coffee shop in train station. Coffee, tea etc. Plus goodies and a free book exchange. Been a little over a year. Try it you will like it.
Right now the train from Mount Vernon South is not running, Amtrak is going to start running the service again soon though. And they are also providing thru-way bus service to Mount Vernon from either Everett Seattle or Edmonds from which you can get to whitefish Montana by train.

They do have a 🚕 outside the station uber i don't know about to get one.
