My Sirius XM radio will not download. Is there a fix for the problem? I've been on the phone with Sirius SM for an hour and a half and they're telling me that the module in the radio that receives the XM signal is apparently defective.

The subscription is directly thru XM so not exactly sure. The cost would depend on what exactly they need to do. To figure out what is wrong probably around $100. Thanks!
